Our stay at the Grampian met all expectations and we look forward to returning. On arrival my partner and I found we had been upgraded from a standard double to an executive room. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times (Especially Ally who made us feel very welcome!!). Food and accommodation were excellent. We highly recommend the Grampian for visiting Perth.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly.
This hotel is on a busy main road, and the noise from outside traffic and people shouting at early hours in the street outside meant I did not get much sleep. This would not necessarily affect people who are used to the city

Easy to find and good location for exploring Perth. Breakfast was well cooked and the cost of dinner and wine in the hotel were reasonable.
The room faced the main road and does not have air conditioning so we had the window open. The traffic noise was a problem for me as I am a light sleeper but my wife slept ok.

To be honest I enjoyed how welcoming the staff is, will be back Had a FAIRLY NICE stay on my holidays to Scotland. The rooms were bright and comfy with double bed. The location was brilliant and handy, for example, The Black Watch Museum was within walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant was good for lunch.

The hotel is in a convenient location for Perth and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. One staff member got up early to cook our breakfast one hour earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. We ended up staying an extra night.

The Hotel was near the city centre and offered a fine breakfast.
The first night a private party (maybe a birthday), with alive band, took place under our room up to midnight. It was impossible to sleep a wink! A hotel should not have rooms directly over party halls. In general, the Hotel facilities do not justify the quite hight price.

the hotel was clean and comfortabl and handy for the railways station. we almost book at hotel right at the station but they were charging £10 each for breakfast on top of the rate per night. The Grampian Hotel offered inclusive breakfast which was plated and delicious. with breakfast the Grampian Hotelwas £10 cheaper whichk when on a budget is important. The staff were extremely friendly and the evening receptionist went out of his way to say good night see you in the morning which was actually very nice. The bed was huge and comfortable - we couldnt fault it.
